At home in Greenwood, Arkansas our facility has a manufacturing capacity of 200,000 square feet on 27 acres. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, capable of creating virtually any style container, including triple wall and plastic corrugated.

Design & Engineering
We work closely with you to ideate and design packaging solutions tailored to your needs. With our ArtiosCAD software expertise and advanced equipment, we can create any type of container, from custom cardboard containers to plastic corrugated shipping boxes. Our design, engineering, and prototyping capabilities deliver packaging uniquely suited to protect your products.
Foam
Complementing our kitting department, our foam fabrication area is equipped with heat welders, saws, die cutters, and custom machinery to produce specialty foam. Our in-house foam experts oversee every custom project to develop prototypes and finalize your foam products.

Custom Packaging

Packaging Equipment
In addition to supplying and customizing packaging materials, we provide a range of equipment from 3M, Lantech, EMBA, and other manufacturers. The Ultima™ platform by EMBA, in particular, is the world’s fastest box erector, processing up to 500 sheets per minute with state-of-the-art, patented non-crushing technology. As part of our layaway program, we can send a customer a machine in exchange for a set percentage markup on their box orders until the cost of the machine is recouped.

VMI Services
Our vendor-managed inventory (VMI) services help customers streamline their supply chain and maintain better control over their inventory. We can store months’ worth of your packaging needs and ship them out as needed.
