The foam plant is located within our box manufacturing facility which compliments the kitting department. Foam fabrication includes a two-dimensional profile saw, 140-ton die cutter, skivers, saws, heat welders, and custom-built equipment to handle specialty products. Design and Prototyping Services

For customers with more unique applications, we offer design, prototyping, and consultation services to help them develop a custom foam product that meets their exact specifications.

Every custom project has an in-house foam expert committed to bringing the customer’s ideas to fruition. Using ArtiosCAD and a computerized XY sample cutting table, they create an initial design and prototypes to test for performance and functionality.

At the beginning of each custom project, a dedicated designer and in-house foam expert discusses product needs and wants with the customer. Throughout the project, they work with the sales team to ensure the finalized product design meets all customer-specific requirements.
